Sean Watson, e-RYT 500, masterfully cultivates a sacred space for yoga practitioners of all levels to experience a stronger connection to self and the community. Sean’s classes combine intelligent and creative sequencing that is deeply rooted in alignment, with thoughtful playlists and intention-setting. Sean is inspired by teachers such as Gioconda Parker, Christina Sell, Shelby Autrey, Jen Yuhas and researcher Brene Brown to lead an empowering yoga flow, and encourage a vulnerable, honest, and meaningful life.
